Belize Accumulator Plus (Modified)
The modified Accumulator Plus is a limited-payment whole life plan with premium payments usually ceasing on the policy’s anniversary preceding the 65th birthday of the Assured.
The death benefit is the sum of the basic sum assured plus the current cash value.
Belize Executive Special
The Executive Special is a whole life assurance with one-quarter participation in profits. Premiums are payable throughout life. Surrender values are guaranteed.
Belize Full Century
The Full Century Plan is a whole life assurance with full participation in profits. Premiums are payable throughout life. Surrender values are guaranteed.
Belize Renewable Term
This is a 5 year or 10 year level term assurance with conversion and renewal options. At any time during the term, the policy may be converted to a Whole Life or Endowment Plan. Within three months after the initial expiry date of the policy, it may be renewed with effect from that expiry date for a further 5 or 10 years at the Renewable Term Rates then available. This process may continue until the expiry date would exceed age 60. At that time, the policy may be renewed for a whole number of years prior to age 60. No further renewal options will be available after this final renewal.
No surrender values are available under this plan.
Belize Term Plus
This plan successfully combines some of the features of both permanent and term insurance. Some of the features are:-
Level premiums to age 65
Cash values are age 65 only
Level insurance coverage to age 65
The plan has no cash value before age 65 is reached. However, at that time, the policy owner may collect the cash value or use it to purchase paid-up insurance of twice the cash value.
